We offer a variety of classes designed to optimize your investment in your health and wellbeing, our teachers brings years of experience to their classes; they offer you knowledge, experience and motivation.  Working with you, they will evaluate your health history, lifestyle, and goals.  Choose to increase your range of motion, get relief from muscular tension and stiffness, increase your flexibility; come strengthen your body and purify your soul.  Come join us...

~ Please signup online.  Unless otherwise noted, proof of payment required prior to participation. Arrive at least 5 mins before scheduled time, doors will be closed at the start of class. Multiple class packages expires 90 days after first day used.
