Class Schedule

Raja Yoga is about fitness of body and mind, about finding your inner balance, beauty, and confidence. The classes are designed to optimize your investment in your health and wellbeing, they reflect our commitment and the authenticity of this ancient life system. We focus on postures designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibilityse, including core, lower back, hamstrings, quads, shoulders and neck. You’ll increase power and stamina, which can result in improved performance and injury reduction. The benefits are applicable to everyone, including athletes.  We bring years of experience to our classes; offering you knowledge, experience and motivation.  Come strengthen your body and purify your soul...   

 

~ Please signup online.  Arrive at least 5 mins before scheduled time, doors will be closed at the start of class. Proof of payment required prior to participation. Please note class packages expires 3 months after first day of use.
