Our small group classes has a semi private feel, they reflect our commitment and the authenticity of this ancient life system.  Yoga is about fitness of body and mind, about finding your inner balance, beauty, and confidence. Each class is designto optimize your investment in your health and wellbeing.  We bring years of experience to our classes; offering you knowledge, experience and motivation.  Come strengthen your body and purify your soul...  

~ Please signup online.  Arrive at least 5 mins before scheduled time, doors will be closed at the start of class. Proof of payment required prior to participation. Please note class packages expires 9 weeks after first day of use.
